REDUCE YOUR RISK
HEALTH SCREENING

Join us for a FREE health screening for YMCA members. Registered nurses from Torrance Memorial Medical Center will be on hand to take your blood pressure, review medications and discuss health questions. Emphasis will be on healthy life choices and preventative measures to reduce risk for high blood pressure and better management of the disease for those who have it. Education will be provided to help better understand the risks of untreated high blood pressure which can lead to stroke, heart attack, kidney failure and peripheral arterial disease.
