The Brand New Collins & Katz Family YMCA

Collins & Katz Family YMCA was originally admitted into YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles’ Association in 1941 as the West Los Angeles YMCA and was later renamed Westside Family YMCA in 1962. Debuting a brand new 72,000 square foot facility on February 3, 2018, Collins & Katz Family YMCA features a Teen Fitness Center, Teen Leadership Room and Teen Activity Center reflecting its unique location on the campus of University High School in West LA. From state-of-the-art amenities to enriching Mommy & Me classes for infants, Y Camp for kids, swim lessons for all, community-driven programs such as a popular Parkinson’s Support Group, neighbors of all ages can count on Collins & Katz Family YMCA to discover purpose, community, connection and, most of all, fun.
