- Senior Fitness: Stay strong, steady, and social with classes like Tai Chi, pickleball, and chair exercise—designed for adults 65+.
- Cardio: Boost your heart health and endurance with high-energy workouts that mix agility, calisthenics, and conditioning.
- Dance: Enjoy a fun blend of genres and choreo as you work up a sweat with a smile.
- Cardio Dance: Feel the music and get moving in this high energy, calorie-burning workout.
- Cycle: Control your speed, resistance and intensity in classes that push your limits and keep you sweating.
- Martial Arts: Build strength, focus, and coordination as you explore different fighting styles.
- Pilates: Strengthen your core and improve your posture and breath control in fun, challenging sessions.
