Early Childhood / Early Learning Readiness (ELR)

Learn and Grow Together

Before your little ones walk into a classroom, you are their first teacher. This Caregiver & Child class provides a safe and fun place to play, explore, and learn through songs, stories, and family activities with your children.

What to Expect

You’ll meet twice a week at your local Y center where your child will be able to play and learn with other kids.

While here, you’ll connect with other caregivers, discover how to help prepare your child for the classroom, and leave with additional resources to help you and your family through this process.

We offer classes in English and Spanish.

How To Register

You don’t need to bring any documentation. Just stop by a participating Y, and our membership team will be happy to get you signed up. Membership is not required.

This program is provided to the community, free of charge, thanks to the generosity of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and The David & Lucile Packard Foundation.
