Resources for New Team Members

The LA Y’s onboarding experience has been designed to support each new employee in becoming acclimated, learning about the organization and discovering ways to connect with other Team Members.

The following resources are utilized during the onboarding journey:

  • The Onboarding Itinerary is a printable form to help guide new employees through the required initial trainings and experiences. Once completed, the Itinerary is uploaded as part of new hire paperwork. Please note that Team Members who have been hired for positions in licensed child care should complete the Onboarding Itinerary for Licensed Child Care .
  • The 2025 Payroll Calendar reflects all pay dates, timesheet deadlines and observed holidays.
  • All new Team Members are scheduled for New Employee Orientation upon hire. To view upcoming NEO classes, please visit the Training Registration Site.
