The Women of Impact Award Luncheon is a fundraising and community leadership event that celebrates women creating meaningful change in Southeast Los Angeles County while raising funds to support the missions of both host organizations. Hear how women create sustainable, transformational impact in their communities through leadership, mentorship, philanthropy, and service.

Join us on December 3rd for the Inaugural Women of Impact Award Luncheon, presented by the Kolar Family YMCA in collaboration with The FEM Factor.

The luncheon will feature a leadership panel on the theme of Women, Wealth & Wisdom: Creating Lasting Impact, exploring how women create meaningful change through mentorship, philanthropy, leadership, and service.

The panel will be moderated by Odalys Mendez (The FEM Factor) and feature Amber Stewart (Amber’s Confidence Collective), Julie Heard (OakTree Law Broker), and Julie Garcia (Gangs Out of Downey). The luncheon will also honor Julie Garcia as the first-ever recipient of the Women of Impact Award.
