First Splashes Together
Parents jump in alongside their children as they kick, float, and explore the water—developing basic safety skills and having fun.
What to Expect
We offer two levels for our parent and child classes. Each session is 30 minutes and one parent or guardian per child must be in the pool for each lesson.
Level 1: Water Discovery
About the Level: Get used to being in the water, bonding with their parents as they learn to float on their fronts and backs.
Skills Needed to Start: None. This is great for children who are brand new to being in the water.
Level 2: Water Exploration
About the Level: Begin exploring more body positions, blowing bubbles, and more.
Skills Needed to Start: Children should be comfortable in the water or have taken Level 1 – Water Discovery.
