Mentorship, and Opportunity

From sports leagues to teen leadership, the YMT strategy is built into many of our programs to support middle and high school males, and non-binary youth across LA.

We launched this initiative to address the deep inequities these young people face—and to make sure they have access to the relationships, resources, and opportunities they deserve.

Through YMT, young people find culturally responsive support, trusted mentors, and opportunities to explore their identities, build skills, and develop a stronger sense of belonging in their communities.
