Supervisor Academy

Supervisor Academy is a collection of learning experiences designed to create a strong foundation for LA Y supervisors. Consisting of 4 courses, 5 on-demand elearnings and 7 self-reflection activities, this learning path covers the core functions of managing people, including timekeeping, human resources, leadership development, communication, the Paycom platform and the Y as a brand.
