Adults of all ages and fitness levels step into the pool for a workout that feels more like fun with our water exercise classes—a great, low-impact way to stay active and build a healthy routine.
For those managing arthritis, we also offer a specialized Arthritis and Water Exercise Program, approved by the Arthritis Foundation and designed to support mobility, strength, and heart health in a safe, pain-free way.
What to Expect
We offer water exercise classes at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. After a quick shower and change, you’ll hop in the pool for a 45-minute session led by an instructor and move through a routine focused on building strength, mobility and balance, flexibility, and heart health.
