Our Strength/Sculpt program shifts your body into high gear through an intense muscle endurance/strength workout, using the power of your own body for lunges, squats and crunches.
Building and conditioning muscle mass has many benefits, including a leaner physique. It also kick-starts your metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories—even when you’re sitting on the sofa, or sleeping at night.
In this fun, group class you’ll meet people looking to achieve the same goals as you, while our skilled instructors motivate and keep you accountable along your sculpting journey. Incorporating a variety of tools, such as stability balls, bands and weights, this program will challenge and reward you with a stronger, balanced and more defined body.
